Inside Yoga’s Inside Flow is a modern, music-driven vinyasa practice that blends precise sequencing with powerful storytelling. Created in Germany and now taught internationally, Inside Flow is built around choreographed movement set to a single song — with breath and transitions intentionally woven to match the music’s rhythm, lyrics, and emotional arc.
Rather than a traditional flow with varied pacing, Inside Flow gradually builds throughout class, layering sequences step by step until students move through a complete, seamless “flow routine” together at the end. The result feels immersive and expressive — almost like a moving meditation meets embodied performance.
