Enjoy yoga in harmony with live piano music. This unique class blends movement and melody to create a deeply immersive experience. Each week features a different teacher and accompanist, and offers a fresh mix of musical styles—from pop and classical to ambient and show tunes. Flow through accessible poses while the music guides your rhythm, breath, and focus.

Curious about handstands or ready to take yours further? This focused session breaks down drills, mobility exercises, and strength work to help you build confidence upside down. A playful, structured space to explore balance, alignment, and control—no full handstand required.

Chair Yoga

A supportive, accessible yoga practice using a chair for balance and stability. Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking to move mindfully and safely. Expect gentle stretching, breath work, and relaxation to improve mobility and reduce stress.
