Yoga TEE Club is a monthly gathering designed to bring together yoga teachers, teacher trainees, and yoga enthusiasts to refresh and grow their skills and knowledge. This month, Regan Tucker of TruFusion - STL, known for her soulful, creative approach to class design shares her methods for creating impactful classes.
Regan’s own yoga journey began as a meaningful source of healing at age 17, and that depth of personal insight now informs how she supports others in finding their own voice on the mat. She’s known for thoughtfully curated playlists, intentional sequencing, and an intuitive ability to help students feel seen — making her an inspired choice to lead a session on harnessing inspiration and deepening teaching presence.
