About the event
In this Yoga TEE Club session, we’ll explore how to take complex poses and concepts and make them clear, memorable, and even fun. Known for her creative, outside-the-box approach, this month’s presenter, Silvia Cossu, one of internationally renowned Yogi Flight School’s lead coaches, has a knack for turning challenging ideas into relatable, lighthearted experiences that students actually understand and retain.
Through playful yet practical exploration, you’ll learn how to create drills, cues, and sequences that connect — helping your students not just follow along, but truly get it.
This event will be held online. A live watch party with a post-event social hour will be held at Noteworthy Café & Culture with all ticket holders invited to attend at no additional cost.
